I have been a patien of Dr. Faigin's for more than 15 years, he delivered my son and I am very fond of him and the caring nature he displays...however, his wife Nancy is VERY rude and sharp with his female patients, his receptionist are also "snappy" with answers and very cold in their personalities!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. The doctor himself is very nice and takes his time with you and he is very good with kids. However the front desk staff are not very friendly and always seem like I am bothering them. That really bothers me and I think that the front staff can make or break a company. Dr. Faigin as stated before is very trustworthy and great with kids,
