I scheduled my appt almost a month ago. When I scheduled the appointment I confirmed that the surgeon and hospital would be covered under my insurance plan. I asked this multiple times while scheduling my appointment. My appt was scheduled for 3pm. I walked into the office at 2:40pm and signed in.
