As a medical billing and collection agent I have dealt with poor payers in the past but Horrell and Fahrenholz take the “bottom-feeder” attorney Tom a whole new low. After completing weeks of laborious contracted work, Patrick Horrell pulls out a non-disclosure and asks me to sign and notarize and he will “transfer payment for services within 5 minutes” of transmittal and upon receipt-HE WOUld PAY ME”. I had issue with contractor company. Reach out to Patrick and he took care of our action. Was able to file against the company and satisfied our meet. Everything was done quick! Very well responsive in emails.
