Poor customer service, lack of communication, and a waste of time. Called at 10AM and asked if they’re available to fix a simple brake issue. They told me it would take like an hour. An hour passes and I call again to check on my car. They still haven’t fixed it and told me to be patient as they were working on other cars, which is fine. Called again 2 hours later and car still hasn’t been fixed and the guy told me to wait another hour. At that point i got tired of waiting and decided to just take my car back. Much more than wheel alignments, I have found Fahrenheit Auto to be honest, competent, and reasonably priced. My mechanic retired a few years ago. I am now happy to send my Mazda to this shop for maintenance and repairs.
