It was okay. We went twice. The first time we ordered the "family meal." The chicken was dry and the ribs were okay the brisket was the best. Second time the chicken was dry... Again, but again, the brisket was good as was the tritip. It's not worth the money or the drive from Elk Grove to go there again when Dickey's is right around the corner.
My family took me there this evening for early Father's Day. 9 of us had a wonderful time. Mateo took the best care of us, the food was wonderful with everyone trading tastes of just about everything on the menu. This was my second time here, but the first time for everyone else. It won't be anyone's last time. The tri-tip just melted in your mouth, the ribs were smoky and tender, great sides, the housemade BBQ potato chips were outstanding.
Love this place, try the bbq nahcos.....
