Shop sump draining/pumping - Next day service as we've experienced. In the 3 or 4 service calls over the past several years, their reliability and punctuation has been solid.
We called Tara last week (the day before Easter) for a septic emergency. She told us she'd come out after taking her grandkids to an egg hunt. She came out promptly afterward and even diagnosed that our tank wasn't the issue, but the line from our house to the tank! She snaked the the pipe while leaning over our tank - she really went above and beyond.
