I arrived for my appointment time and told to wait since there was only 1 staff member doing something else with someone else’s appointment. 30mins after someone else arrives to get me starting to soak. The whole pedicure was done to a great and clean standard but not to the best it could be. I went in for a pedicure because of callous on my feet which was taken care of but more could have been taken off. Lovely nail salon. Fulfilled my requests while keeping my best interests in mind.
They did my manicure and pedicure in literally 7 minutes and sis not so any massage at all. Language is the barrier, they don’t get it what service other person is seeking and also cannot explain the prices properly. Very poor service, would never recommend and go here again.
Really hard for staff to understand what you want even if explained simply. Needed child to translate. Made a finger bleed when doing cuticle work, got gel under my nails causing weird flaking, flooded cuticles with polish, bumpy texture, hasn’t lasted 3 weeks without chipping on several nails when other places have lasted over a month. Was disappointed since I trusted the good reviews.
