I called John at Jeff Martin Auctioneers last Feb. I told them I'm looking to sell about $5000. In New Product including a $1100. 3"Powerhorse Pump and Cub Cadet lawn Sweeper worth $749. I also told them I had (4) new Heaters worth $100. Each. All products were placed on four pallets and I was offered $700 cash for the Powerhorse through a Facebook buyer. Was running late since our bank was running behind, but a quick call, and they were willing to wait an extra 30mins after closing to help us. Definitely would recommend them for being so lenient with us, and taking care of us.

Had a very bad experience in my last purchase from this auction company. From that experience this is not a very customer friendly company. First they sent me an invoice for my purchase at the end of auction and 12 hours later they sent me an updated invoice with a cost of about an additional $50, at the time of pick-up I paid by check and required me to have proof of funds, had to go to three different people while showing my I.D. all three times.
