Dr. Kapadia is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and listens to and answers everything you have to ask. It's evident that he loves what he does and that he genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.
Overall I like the care I get from Dr Kapadia when in an appointment, however, there are a few downsides which is why I don’t recommend the practice. First, I have never waited less than an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They should remember my time is also important. Second, communication, when not in the office, is difficult to impossible. You are first routed to a call center in India that really isn’t able to effectively help with your request. Dr. Lobb takes time to look at the whole person to keep me as healthy as possible. For my annual physical he had reviewed all of my labs, records from specialists and his own records from my previous years. He asked good questions about my eating and exercise to make sure that I have good quality of life. He give good advice and doesn't hesitate to order further testing when needed.
The reception and speed of attendance to my concerns
Not trans affirming. His after visit notes stated that he explained things to me that he did not explain or even mention.

Great feeling
She was caring, kind, and patient. She knows her field, but was not condescending. Took time with me, especially when I was not yet able to use all of my speech/gross and fine motor skills.
Dr Hageb is caring, conscientious and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns, explains his diagnosis and plan well. His warm personality adds to the comfort level of the visit. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Hageb as my neurologist .
Dr Kapadia is so friendly and makes me feel confident that he will help solve my heart problems. I love how he kept saying, don’t worry I got you! :)
