Dr Fagerson is a wonderful doctor. A BIG HOWEVER is that: 1. If you somehow miss an appointment with him due to other health issues, it is very difficult to book another appointment until a Friday morning when his secretary comes in. If you miss that call from her and it's after 12 noon, you are out of luck for a whole week. 2. The answering service will never page him either. I have been a patient of Dr. Fagerson for more than 15 years. He is AMAZING. I never feel rushed during a session He listens to my concerns Honest and truthful Caring and Understanding
Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. My mother required a simple letter to get her driver's license back. We waited an entire month for him to tell us that he just "didn't know what to say". Are you kidding me? Donald you're an adult not 12 years old. Now my mother's appointment was set for 2pm but when we arrived they changed it without ever notifying us. Apparently its just fine to waste our time but you need to jump through hoops to appease HIS schedule. Complete joke of a doctor. Get real Donald.
Dr Fagerson cares about his patients and listens to me and I feel heard. Never have I had a Phychiarist like him before. He doesn't judge!! Will never see another Phychiarist again!! He is the best!!
Doctor Fagerson cares about his patients. I have been a patient of his for over 15 yrs and there isn't another professional or Doctor who treats me with the same dignity as him. Trust him, he is very knowledgeable and knows Bipolar and mental illness. No other Doctor is as wise and educated.
