Terrible customer service and quality. Missing bolts and electrical parts not installed correctly. Vehicle is filthy when you get it back. If you have to bring anything back after you fully paid you'll need to get put on a list and wait. Absolutely no care or quality to their work. Mice running around the main "showroom" I'll have to take my $15,000 elsewhere.

I wrote the review from January 20th, 2015. I just went by the store, and saw trash in the front yard. I also just read the business response to the review from April 19th, 2012 and whoever wrote it either cannot type or cannot spell or both. I'll never buy anything from anyone who runs their business with a ten-cent lemonade stand mentality. I advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere.
went to fagen truck acc to purchase a hitch best customer service ever. made sure I was getting the right hitch for my car for what I was going to pull with it. as for the commit I read befor not sure who writing them but they are not true. most professional service ever.
Not happy! Went in to see about stainless step bars and was told they were on sale for $239 (close to $260 after tax) I told the clerk Summit Racing has similar ones for $210. The clerk then proceeded to tell me the Summit bars are Chinese made and wouldn't fit right and Fagen were US made. I told him to order them for me because I'll pay the extra money for US bars.
