Highly recommend if they don’t have what you need they will be sure to find it for you!! They stay busy but make time to get what you need! Iv never had to have a tow but Iv heard how great they are! I looked for a driveshaft for a week every one I found was bent or no one had it in the state of ga or al. But Edward and Charlie were sure to find me one that would work!! Prices are also great to! Give them a call, you want be disappointed!
What a sorry excuse for a business. I called to confirm color twice before going to pick up a door. Got there and we had to walk all over the place and didn't find the car. Finally found it and it was indeed the wrong color. I drove 91 miles for nothing. Never use this bunch of knuckle heads!
Useless. I've called for several different parts they listed on-line. In every single instance, the guy on the phone says "Nope, it ain't no good"... before even determining the exact model of part I need!
this company sucks !!!! i went down there and this had to be the worst customer service experience in my whole life. this dude was a complete douche bag !!!! and several people that were in there with me thought the same. If you use them make sure you pay for the part and have them pull it before you go there. would not recommend, i would seriously pay the dealers price before i ever deal with people like this
I wanted to share my experience with this company so perhaps no one else will have to go through what I did. The air conditioner went out in my car about a month ago. I contacted the salvage dealer ordered and paid for an aircompressor. I called several days later to check on the part and guess what? They havent even sent it out yet. So I was patient.
