Greedy and does not care about the patients my father had a shoulder replacement and was under Justin’s care for post operative physical therapy and the result was less than desirable. He would place electrodes on and forget about the patient for 45 min then would give him 15 min of “therapeutic care” that resulted in max 50% use of his shoulder. Then months later tge surgeon was shocked on how little he progressed mainly blaming Justin’s lack of care.
Stay away from this chiropractor. He is terrible. Leaves people waiting in the treatment rooms for hours ( forgets thar they are there) and when you complain he hurts you. No Work ethic at all. Nobody can stand working for him. His fabulous associate Dr Rachel Berenbaum finally quit. Nobody lasted as long as she did. Fagan wants your money and doesn't think that he has to work for it. He doesn't show up for appointments. Also is not up to current treatments. I would give less than one star but not an option.
