RecommendedThey definitely know what they’re doing! But the only thing that I don’t like is calling. Because the lady that answers the phone is not very kind. She’s kinda cocky and I definitely didn’t like the experience on the telephone calling the place... almost like she’s been there too long lol

I had such a great experience with Fagan Door! Diane in sales was extremely helpful and friendly and got me scheduled for a door opener installation really quickly even though it was a holiday week. Eric, the technician arrived right on time, and was very nice, friendly, and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and was also able to think on his feet to resolve some complications with my existing door. His explanation of the product was thorough, and he was neat, orderly and polite. I highly recommend Fagan Door! Called this morning they gave me an appointment between 2-5pm but said they will text when they are on the way. They texted me at 1:55. Here at 2. Very reasonable. My second time using them. I bought my door a few years ago (didn’t need to replace the opener at the time) both experiences were awesome. Great customer service, great company! very happy with their service, I called this morning and they came within hours and fixed door, techs were very professional and friendly. highly recommend them.
Terrible, look elsewhere. This company does not honor their quotes. We were quoted one price and then they sent a bill for DOUBLE the amount. Once you give a customer a quote you should honor that amount or learn how to write a proper estimate after viewing the potential job.
We are not happy with the installation on one of two doors we had recently put in. One door was perfect. The second door was clearly put in by a technician who is in training. One hinge is crooked by 1/4” and has extra screws because it must have been put in at the wrong spot and then moved. We requested that they either put in a new panel or warranty the hinge because our concern is it won’t open correctly years down the road because it is crooked. We did not get a response to this request.
I had a problem with my pin-pad. I called and a woman in the office gave me instructions on how to fix it. I climbed up on the ladder but still had a question. I called back and she had gone to lunch. Another woman answered my question and I was able to get the pin-pad working. Great customer service from the office staff!!!
