I had such a great experience with Fagan Door! Diane in sales was extremely helpful and friendly and got me scheduled for a door opener installation really quickly even though it was a holiday week. Eric, the technician arrived right on time, and was very nice, friendly, and efficient. We are not happy with the installation on one of two doors we had recently put in. One door was perfect. The second door was clearly put in by a technician who is in training. One hinge is crooked by 1/4” and has extra screws because it must have been put in at the wrong spot and then moved. We requested that they either put in a new panel or warranty the hinge because our concern is it won’t open correctly years down the road because it is crooked. We did not get a response to this request.
