I own a non-Fafard home on a Fafard owned road. The builder refuses to comply with the town's requirements to turn the road over to town ownership. Until this happens there are no street lights, no stops for school buses, and in the Winter, very poorly plowed roads, with little or no salt/sand. In short it is dangerous. But as it is technically a private road, the town has no way for force the builder's hands. But I would strongly recommend not buying in a Fafard area, as safety is compromised by a careless builder.
