No stars earned. Run from this company. They have little to no concern for their customers. It takes them months to address warranty issues from poor quality workmanship to subpar sub contractors that could care less what issues you have. I have been in my new home for approximately 1 year no lawn as contracted poorly graded yard leaks in basement, front brick paver path not installed properly with no mortar used to hold pavers and is so poorly pitched you can see it 50 foot away. The worst real estate company, just running for money, cheap materials and screwing people, the worst customer service;after 2 years after the Candlelight Ln in Bellingham was developed, the neighborhood is still on dark, without street lights, stay away from them
