I like it but its not the great Fads and Frames store that it was when it was started and locally owned. The new Corporate mess has it very expensive. This was not the case back when. They are competing with the Big Box and major chain stores. Before they had style and originality all its own. But yes times change.
Amazing customer service and friendly staff. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Shelly in the framing department. She helped me to get matts for my prints at the last minute. Her kindness, careful eye, and thoughtfulness was so appreciated and made a lasting impression on me! She saved the day for me. I will be back again very soon.
Just not the same as it once was.
I always find something special here.
