Really nice guy. Did everything he could to fix my 20 some year old watch and make it work again.
I have never had a watched fixed so fast, took him only minutes. Great customer service, has a very nice kid made me feel comfortable. He also had great prices, a bit overpriced. He takes his time. He treated me like well.
We just used this store to have a new band placed on our watch. After replacing the band we informed staff it was too small and did not fit my husband's wrist. The staff member/owner would not refund our money nor replace it with a band that fits. This is horrible customer service and we will never return to this jewelry store.
