First haircut I had was with the owner. Phenomenal experience. The place is well maintained and very clean. Went here yesterday and had my haircut by another person (Kim). Literally no dialogue the entire cut, and to be honest I felt like an inconvenience. I was excited when the cut was over and honestly didn’t like how it turned out.
Good experience with first time. Made a reservation and did not have to wait. Haircut looked good.
Had a really great experience at the Glen Allen location yesterday. I received a very upsetting phone call while my boys were getting their haircuts and was clearly overwhelmed. The woman cutting my son Graesyn’s hair was incredibly kind and patient with me, and even came to sit with me for a moment after she finished. Everyone was so friendly and nice, my sons first real hair cut outside of a little trim and It was an amazing experience!
