We are writing to express our profound disappointment with the condition of your establishment. The state of the shop was unacceptable—trash cans overflowing, floors completely covered in hair, and visible dust accumulating not only throughout the space but even on merchandise. Heraldo did an excellent job correcting my son’s haircut after it had been done by someone else. The difference between his precise, clean work and the previous cut was very noticeable.
I took my son as a walk-in and asked for his usual haircut. Well, the barber he was assigned to took over 2 hours to cut his hair and it was nothing like the picture I showed him. He definitely seemed new and over charged me. My son and I were not very happy with the results and it’s ridiculous that I paid more for my son’s haircut than what they charge me for my own elsewhere. Be ware that if you don’t have an appointment you may be assigned a new barber that is barely learning the craft.
Decided to rate the 2 star only for the reason that they have an app for you to book an appointment and barber are late for the appointment and or don't even show up .... maybe thats just my luck dont get me wrong cuts are good no complains there but I set appointment bc i have things to do not because I want an specific barber
