Dr Fadell has done several hand surgeries to me. I am always amazed at how well he recognizes the problem , involves you in the diagnosis and treatment. He also trusts his patients to know what is right for them. I so appreciate him.
I have had 2 surgeries with Dr Fadell. He was recommended but his waiting appt was so far out I went somewhere else. BIG MISTAKE Years later I had the opportunity to fix that and he IS the best. Been in Vegas long time and knows history of Vegas. Love this man.
Dr. Fadell operated on both my hands after a car wreck. He did a great job and I love his staff too. No problems and it’s been 6 years now. Such a great explainer, patience and miracle worker.
He is the best. Dr Fadell took my case when another local doctor messed up my wrist, and after being turned down by 3 other surgeons . Not only is he great at what he does, he is personable too. I have full use of my wrist, thanks to his skills I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR ! ! !

Fantastic physician! As a nurse of 40 years, specializing in performance improvement and risk management of surgeons, as well as a patient who has had multiple hand surgeries, I can truthfully say Dr. Fadell in one of the best. His skill as a surgeon is amazing and his “bedside manner” is comforting. Dr. Fadell cared about me as a person. I watched his interaction with the staff when I had surgery and he was always smiling and was so polite. Do yourself s favor and select him for your surgery
Dr Fadell put my wrist back together after a severe radial break. He was very up front about the procedure and expected outcome. I can now use the hand and wrist as well as prior to the accident. He is a caring compassionate Dr.
Dr. Fadell saved my left hand. One other Doctor said I would be lucky to keep my hand and Dr. Fadell was the luck that I needed. He did 2 7-hour surgeries. One that basically reattached all the tendons and all the other stuff in there and one to clean it up. When I did my physical therapy I had trouble getting my thumb to work. After a few years of working on my thumb movement I am glad to say it works near flawlessly. I'm actually typing this with both hands! I can't thank him enough.
