Customer service was horrible . You in the middle of Houston and only offer appointments ? That's bad business or at least tell customers on your website or sign appointment only !!!!

Yoli nurturing and caring nature created a safe space the moment I sat down in her chair. I told her what style I was looking at and provided me with alternatives style similar to what I showed her. She went a step further because the styles she recommended were specific to my hair and head. Those hands were creating magic in between each finger!!!
