A great place with a cool nostalgic vibe of cutting and intriguing conversations. Upscale service and customer service. Mostly appointments only but walk-ins get love too. Highly recommended. Travel from Stonecrest to get my haircut and it's worth the drive. Use The Cut app to book an appointment. They don't disappoint. My whole family comes here lol. They still the truth after all these years. Real love doesn't change!!!
POOR! POOR! communication with Barbershop barber or ownership. There’s no information given about closing during snowstorm here in Duluth. The barber is not answering to connect with customers about rescheduling and the barbershop phone number goes to voicemail. There should be some form of notice on social media outlets to confirm appointments made Friday or Saturday of this. Very disappointed.
@qc.cutz was so kind and professional. He asked me tons of questions to make sure he got the exact look I wanted. It's hard to find shops that can cut women's hair, but Faded is one I'll come to regularly!
