Despite reading reviews (including the comment about good reviews being faked), I decided to try this place out. Unfortunately, it set off a chain of frustrating events. I booked an appointment for 10am on a Sunday (which was accepted by the store), and arrived 5 minutes early. The team rolled in at 10:05 and kept the door locked until 10:10.
