Even though my claim was for a small amount, they still represented me and got me a decent settlement from being rear-ended at high speed by a sleeping driver with expired auto insurance. Luckily we have coverage for uninsured drivers. I still think it shouldn't matter if you have pre-existing medical conditions, and the more pain you are in after the accident should count.
