Don’t trust this place!! I’ve heard a lot of bad comments about this place that they sell fake golds! Or if u buy 21crt turns out to be 18 my close family bought bangles turns out to be 18crt not 21
A very welcoming and customer orientated feel to the store. I didn't feel out of place which was greatly appreciated. Store wasn't too busy unlike some of the store stores along the street which made my experience a lot more positive. The lady was very patient and helpful with my requests and wanted the best for my fiance's gold bangles. Very fairly priced and quality gold from Dubai. I would recommend and come back again.
Very bad customer service, I only repaired a necklace in this shop and when I went to pick it up they were very rude, they were "forgetting" the gold that they removed from the necklace and made me wait like 15 minutes just for paying because they were serving other customers after me.
