Never answer the phones!!!! Have to literally park and go there just to get some service!!! You will be WAITING forever just to get an appointment
I got a delinquent collection mark on my credit report from them. I've never even been to Gainesville let alone get dental work there.
This is the worst place ever! For months I called and didn't get any response until finally I got through only to hear that they were busy and would call me back when they had an opening and I could have an appointment...lol that was 2 years ago!..and of course still no answer and no help for my decaying wisdom tooth. These people are highly unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing...all they'll do is push you off and you'll never get the help you need..they did it to me. The worst! They not only will inflate your quote as much as they can, but also they will charge for services you hadn't requested. They are masters of ripoff. These are the people educating our future dentists.
