I came to Factory's to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care.
