I called to inquiry about buying 5 homes to the tune of half a million dollars and was informed the only sales rep and gm, Gretchen, was just so over worked and busy she was taking much deserved time off and I needed to call back when shes in the office again. Dumbbbbb you just missed a huge sale!
My husband and I are relocating near Farmington New Mexico we heard about factory select and went in and we’re greeted by Miss Gretchen excellent service very clean very knowledgeable showed us a different models the different options although we did not purchase anything, we will highly recommend factory select via Gretchen Brooks for services with our family and friends
