From the outset, there has been a clear lack of coordination and consistency between Joondalup and O’Connor. This has resulted in confusion and frustration at nearly every step. One key issue was the verbal quote provided for the Essential Plus package, which we were told would be an additional $1,800. What do I have to do to get a pool? My husband and I visited the Joondalup showroom on a weekend in April . The sales team wasn’t in, but Brynn – who was lovely – kindly assisted us and offered to send through a quote. After not receiving the quote, I had to follow up the following week to receive it. We have had our pool installed for over a month now. The whole process from initial sign up to handover went very well, even had out install date moved forward a whole month then originally told. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
