It was a very positive experience and we are very happy with all aspects of the purchase from the initial contact with Miranda at the display centre, through to the earthworks and installation and subsequent hand over. We are very happy with our experience with Factory Pools Joondalup. Everything ran on time and to schedule, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was consistent and any potential setbacks were explained to us well in advance, which we really appreciated. The only hiccup we had was an issue with our pump, but this was quickly rectified under warranty. Pool install had a hiccup with collapse of a retaining wall during excavation. Initial communication was very poor and we felt we were left hanging. Once factory pools came to the table, everything was easy again. Sales room staff were great, as were pre installation team. Installers were all decent guys, we just felt uncomfortable with how they handled the collapse off the retaining wall and how defensive they were and reluctant to accept responsibility.
