Our pool installation was not straightforward due to the pool needing to be installed at the slab stage of our new build, then commissioned at the end of the build, however FP supported us all the way in a professional and responsive manner. We are thrilled with our new pool.
Great company to deal with, all the staff & contractors were helpful and friendly. Everything from planning, install to handover was done as described and on time.
We were very happy with our plunge pool. We have downsized and the 3x2.5m pool is perfect for the area . Great service thanks again
Fab experience with Don at the O’Connor store. Lots of knowledge and helped to answer any questions we had. Great communication from company throughout process. From sign up to handover. Only complaint was sand that was dug from hole by excavator was not moved out far enough- so once pump installed, huge pile of sand was too close and sliding down underneath unit.
Overall, I am happy with Factory Pools Perth. The process was smooth from the sales team all the way through to the handover. However, I believe there could be more transparency and flexibility when it comes to protecting the property. Customers should not have to provide anything to protect their floors during the installation to prevent any potential damage. It would be ideal for the company to take more proactive measures to ensure the property is safeguarded throughout the installation process.
