I called factory paint and asked for curb side pick up. They were so nice, so accommodating and I popped my truck and they walked it outside, put it in my trunk and I closed it from my dash button. They kept me safe and hopefully I am Keeping them safe. Amazing customer service, so helpful all the time and even helpful with my over the phone color and sheen choices!!! Highly recommend!

I went in there to pick up some supplies for my projects as I have always gone to Factory for this. Will never go there again. The man (for lack of a better word) was ignorant and rude. He could not be bothered. Treated me like I was stupid. In mid sentence I cut him off. He must have seen the look on my face. That’s fine and started walking out. after Consulting with their interior expert we put a color of paint on the wall that was not appropriate for the space we selected a different color bought samples applied it to the wall then bought a gallon of the paint when we started to paint the wall of the color was not the same as the sample brought it back to factory paint they would not accept the gallon of paint back they said it was close enough no customer service will never go back there again
Just had Mohawk Natural Treasures carpet installed today! Beautiful carpet and excellent installation ... could not be happier. Great product, easy to deal with and quality installation.
