I see plenty of other reviews are speaking very highly of Ed, and I couldn’t agree more. He was the first representative I talked to and he’s been nothing but helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. There were a few hiccups in stock/delivery, and he’s been absolutely on it with communicating those to me and finding a solution. I’ve yet to pickup my trailer, but I’m very excited. So far this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Huge thanks to Ed and the rest of the FOT team!
