Great buying experience nothing to complain about at all
Dealing with keilen at Factory outlet trailers has been great. Broke down all the costs, and explained everything in detail. Look forward to seeing the trailer in a couple weeks.
I bought my trailer from this company, and the service afterward has been terrible. I’ve been trying for over a month to get an estimate for some damage, and despite calling several times, no one has bothered to follow up or send anything. Very disappointing customer service with no communication or effort to help. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.
