I can not say enough about factory optical #140-3010 Preston Ave S. Brooklyn. It was so helpful and so informative . I had been to three other places couldn’t help me or didn’t want to help me. I was finally directed to factory optical. I was in there maybe 20-30 minutes. She fixed my daughter’s classes. They are amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else.. Thank You Brooklyn.

I purchased my glasses from here three years ago and I am continuously impressed by the service. I have had the nose pieces replaced a couple times and the frames straightened once. I was considering purchasing new frames but my prescription had not changed. I went in and my options were discussed but there was no pressure to buy new.
