Great customer service! I bought my glasses there a few years ago and every so often the screw will come out and it needs to be fixed. I can go in and they fix it for me right away! Either they can use the old screw or they will get me a new one with no problem! I don't get new frames often but I will definitely be going back!
Shopping for glasses with a very tired 8-year-old turned into a full-blown meltdown—but the staff handled it with so much patience and kindness. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m so grateful for their support and expertise.
They were amazing and had great service! Everytime i come in staff is always so happy to help out the customer even tho you haven't purchased your frames from them. Awesome place to check out.

I can not say enough about factory optical #140-3010 Preston Ave S. Brooklyn. It was so helpful and so informative . I had been to three other places couldn’t help me or didn’t want to help me. I was finally directed to factory optical. I was in there maybe 20-30 minutes. She fixed my daughter’s classes. They are amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else.. Thank You Brooklyn.
