Our families have been purchasing glasses from here for years now and have always had a great experience. A week ago, I called to get a lens replacement for my son's glasses. The lovely lady I spoke to expedited the process for us as we were going on vacation shortly after and went out of her way to make sure the lens' replacement would happen before we left. 10/10
Great repair service, and great price too!
I popped in earlier today with a pair of Versace glasses that I didn’t purchase from them, and I had the pleasure of meeting Brooklyn. She was super helpful and replaced the screws—thankfully, they had one last screw available! She even gave my glasses a nice clean. The service was fantastic, and I can’t wait to get my next pair of glasses from them!
I am here today and it’s my second time here. I always be here to repair my glasses even though it’s from somewhere else. Staff is really really good and I always feeling welcoming here. I would prefer this place to everyone. Thanku for exceptional customer service.
