Many thanks to Elizabeth Kelly from Preston location, she has been great in helping me to e able to find the right eyeglasses, she has been very patient and helpful and im very picky when it comes to eyeglasses style, I really appreciate her work, dedication and honesty, highly recommend.

This morning my sunglasses fell down to the ground and one of the lenses must came off, I went to factory optical, Elizabeth was really kind and fixed in a minute, I wasn’t expecting it would be free but yes it was.
I dropped off two pair of glasses to be fixed and they were finished while I had lunch. Made the drive a lot easier with actual sunglasses. Appreciate the support and professionalism shown by Brooklyn.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely recommend them. Wonderful selection of glasses too.
