I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to recognize the excellent service from the technicians at this store. Both Rosen and William were knowledgeable and patient with a family member’s experience and later when I returned for my own glasses. The value and selection are superior to anywhere else I have found previously, especially when considering the excellent customer service. Thanks :-)
Unbelievable service!!! I’m sooo shocked - they took my mangled, bent up, broken sunglasses (2 pr) and fixed them to perfection in minutes - best “can do” attitude ever! Such lovely service and the DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME!!!! New customer for life!!!! Thank you Factory Optical Lawson Mall!
