I had an amazing experience at factory optical this morning, Hai-Lee repaired my existing pair of glasses while Rosen helped me pick out an additional pair at a great price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this location
William provides above and beyond customer service. My son and I are both very happy with our new frames & William was excellent at answering my child’s 112 questions.
Great service and sales people. Was in and out within 30 mins.
I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to recognize the excellent service from the technicians at this store. Both Rosen and William were knowledgeable and patient with a family member’s experience and later when I returned for my own glasses. The value and selection are superior to anywhere else I have found previously, especially when considering the excellent customer service. Thanks :-)
