I received immediate help when I asked and the ladies there were so nice helping me pick out a style that fit my face shape. Glasses were processed quickly and I had my new pair within the week
Unfriendly staff over the phone that didn’t help at all, called Lawson Factory Optical for the same thing and helped no problem and were also very friendly!!
Incredibly miserable staff. Soon as you walk into the store, they glare & never say hello.
Alot of brand name frames behind locked displays which make it difficult to try on frames without asking for each individual case. Too annoying and deters me from even asking.
