In October of 2025 I purchased carpet on their ebay site. At first, I thought I purchased the complete carpet. After having it professionally installed, I found out that the container only had the cabin portion. When I reached to them, they told me it was an oversight on my part and the only thing they could do was to give me a $30.00 discount. I bought custom carpets for my 1966 Pontiac. The carpet shed more than I thought they should and I sent them pictures. They immediately responded and replaced my carpets at absolutely no cost. The new carpets are holding up much better. I couldn't be more pleased with the carpet and the response of this company.
Bought a part and still haven't recieve it or a response to my emails about it. This is the worst service from a parts company that I have ever had to deal with. Never will I buy anything from these people again. Let's see if I ever see a refund.
