Have never had a problem with FMP have even recommended my friends here. However I spoke with a lady named Linda who was by far the rudest costomer service rep I have ever encountered! Every time I asked a question she would gasp for air annoyed and interrupted me while I was speaking! I told her I would call her back to order and she hung up.
