My car trunk was broken, and Dennis helped to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He clearly explained what needed to be done, where we would get it fixed, and the expected timing. Excellent communication and service — highly recommend Dennis!

Had a fender bender, my fault, my car was drivable, My insurance company said I had to take my car to Caliber Collision (Turns out that if I would of towed it to Caliber, and they didn't start on it yet, FFA would get authorization to have it towed to their shop from the same insurance company) " you have the right to change your mind from a panic road collision TOW CALL with little or no time to think" says FFA.
