Had a fender bender, my fault, my car was drivable, My insurance company said I had to take my car to Caliber Collision (Turns out that if I would of towed it to Caliber, and they didn't start on it yet, FFA would get authorization to have it towed to their shop from the same insurance company) " you have the right to change your mind from a panic road collision TOW CALL with little or no time to think" says FFA. Company was was great. I had put DEF fluid in my gas tank I called factory finish automotive they instructed me not to start the truck and within 15 mines they were there to drop my tank clean the tank and had me back on the road in a short time. Thanks guys.
