Outstanding service and top notch work! I took my Hummer H2 to Factory Finish Automotive to get the water pump and all the hoses replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Working on an older H2 and finding parts can be a headache, but the owner and mechanic, Dennis, handled it like an absolute pro. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. Dennis is an absolute gem! I had a flat tire and needed help on very short notice, and he came through without hesitation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly and working smoothly. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure their customers feel taken care of. Dennis turned a stressful situation into a great experience. If you're looking for someone who's honest, reliable, and goes above and beyond, I can't recommend him ... read more

My bfs truck had broken down alongside fm 620... Dennis not only gave him a ride back to his truck, he stopped at the gas station for him, jumped his truck and realizing he had a loose connector, fixed the connection rather than charge him for the new fuel pump that Dennis had already purchased for my bf. What a guy and what great service. Extremely satisfied.
