If I could give zero stars, I would. They had us put down $1000 to secure pricing while we tried to get financing. Our bank unfortunately would not finance a manufactured home but would a modular home. Was assured they would refund our money. We started in August, and had to get the attorney general involved to finally get all of our money which came in portions. My advice go to Grand Island, way better customer service and didn't get the run around with my money.

Please read the reviews before dealing with this company! It nothing but a nightmare they will rip you off. Not answer phone calls or emails. For a company that is mostly customer service that are not good at dealing with customers or providing a service. JUST DONT!!!!
We visited the Champion factory a couple of weekends ago and while we did not purchase a home I did feel like our experience was worth sharing. My parents were in town and my dad is the worst there is when it comes to shopping so my mom brings me to try and keep him in line. When we got there, there was only one salesperson and he was with a customer so my dad was already agitated.
