My husband and I reached out for some home prices. Had a conversation of aprx half an hour with a rep. We hung up with an agreement we'd receive more information on a couple of models. The next day, I get an email saying if you still need anything, let us know. So I did. I tried to reach out to our rep 3 more times to try to get the requested info, but we never heard from him again.
