We had fabulous service from Factory Direct Security Doors. Our Screen Guard security doors were better priced than the comparable other well-known premium option and are 316 Stainless Steel, better for coastal settings than what the other company uses. Ross went the extra mile to provide some extras we were seeking, colour matched to our existing Colorbond fixtures, made and fitted them quickly and the final product looks terrific. After our recent burglary, we now have some peace of mind back. Thanks Ross.
