Mary Louise was absolutely great at helping me get a mattress!! I didn’t have an appointment, and she was there in under 5 minutes and could not have been more helpful. It was really appreciated and I will definitely be back!

Justin knows his mattresses and was very helpful in explaining everything. Since it is by appointment only, you get a very personalized buying experience. He also explained the in’s and out’s of the warranty to make sure we did everything correct. We love our mattress and the delivery was great. Justin made sure to check in and make sure all was well. One nice note was that he had toys at the store so our kids could play while we shopped!

We showed up without an appointment to look at mattresses for our new bed. We had been to other big box/brand stores in the area and were put off by the constant hounding to by sales associates. Justin helped walk us through the available options, specifically what would work best for my back after having surgery. No pressure at all to buy and allowed to see multiple options. We ended up buying due to the nature of Justin and finding what we liked!

Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with! My fiance and I visited a bigger branded store in the area and felt bombarded and pressured into purchasing something that may not have been the best fit for us - but Justin really listened to our concerns, especially after my fiance has had previous back surgery to find the right mattress for us! We can’t thank Factory Direct Matress in Edmond enough!
