We highly recommend Factory Direct Mattress. Justin is a pleasure to be around and very knowledgeable about mattress differences and qualities. We appreciated the information. He was very patient while we tried practically every mattress in the store more than a couple of times:). He helped us find the right one for our needs. There was no pressure. We’re very happy with our purchase.

Mary Louise was absolutely great at helping me get a mattress!! I didn’t have an appointment, and she was there in under 5 minutes and could not have been more helpful. It was really appreciated and I will definitely be back!

Justin knows his mattresses and was very helpful in explaining everything. Since it is by appointment only, you get a very personalized buying experience. He also explained the in’s and out’s of the warranty to make sure we did everything correct. We love our mattress and the delivery was great. Justin made sure to check in and make sure all was well. One nice note was that he had toys at the store so our kids could play while we shopped!
