I paid $500+ to sleep on a rock. I purchased the 6000 series pillowtop, after Ian told me you "sink right in" to the pillowtop, without losing any support from the mattress. This could not be further from the truth. All night I tossed and turned, and I was even able to feel the coils jutting into my hip. Also, during delivery, the employee dropped the mattress on the ground while getting it out of the truck.
