Your U-Haul section messed up are pick-up scheduled about a week ago and gave are vehicle to someone else
Owner was very nice and helpful, he got us in for a u-haul rental last minute very close to closing time. He was very pro military and hooked it up with a military discount, couldn't recommend this guy enough!

Owner is rude. Closed the door on our face when having difficulty with a U-Haul rental.
