Personalized service, able to make modifications of a home so it meets your needs and this included ceiling height, additional wall extension and wider doorways also customizing the master to better fit ones wishes and additional changes/additions in the kitchen and addition of a linen closet where one was not and moving the water heater from behind a panel😱😨to a better location behind a regular door for easy access😳shortening a closet to allow more entry space to accomodate a large Piano going into the room.
Not as presentable as Clayton homes but prices Are better.
We bought our house from these fine folks three years ago and I have to say, that from the moment we walked onto the lot to the very end they were amazing. They made us feel like family, not just another sale in their books. We found the perfect house and we are still extremely happy with it. How many people can say their house went 70mph down the interstate, I can and that proves it’s a well built house. Haha. If there was a minus ⭐ that's how I would rate these jokers. My friend went thru factory direct and was told in three months it would have been delivered and ready to set (and that's with covid going on so they can't use that) Nebraska is not that far from Colorado. They're not traveling across the U.S. It's been 5 months and it's still not here! If you have a half a year to waste waiting on these clowns, this is the company to call.
