I bought a couch there one month ago and the whole top layer of “leather” is peeling off. It started after 1 week. It’s been sat in by me only on one side maybe 20 times. This was not a cheap purchase. It is a cheap piece of furniture. I would not recommend buying anything from there.

Truly the worst experience we have ever had with a company. My husband and I just got married and moved into our first home. We went to Factory Direct to furnish our living room and it was the biggest mistake! We purchased both a couch and matching chair. Dean, the floor salesman, told us the couch was in stock at their warehouse but we had to order the chair. We were told the chair would be ready for pickup in 8-10 weeks.
