Defective patio chairs I bought a set of four patio sling chairs in April 2016 for $125 each after being told they were "commercial grade" and would last for years. However six months later, three of the chairs were tearing at the seams. After months of emails and phone calls the manager's final offer was to provide me with new sling material only and I would be responsible to pay someone with the special equipment necessary to install them into the chairs. Poor customer service Horrible furniture store to deal with. Sales people at stores are clueless. Ordered a loveseat based on fold out dimensions they gave me and after delivery we found out it did not fit the room. The owner Rod Perkins does not care about customers at all. Even though it was not my mistake he would not take it back or even give store credit. Stay away from this company is at all possible. I plan to file a claim with the FL. BBB.
