Factory Direct Furniture in Hutchinson is fantastic to work with. My experience and purchase was purely through phone calls as I knew exactly what I wanted and they took care of everything quickly and were able to schedule a delivery within about a week. Excellent service!
Paid $751 for a lazy boy recliner 2 weeks ago it is horrible. I’ll never go back to Factory Direct. I don’t think it will last 6 months.
