I brought my mother here, who is downsizing, to find a love seat and and recliner for her new duplex. We had the most helpful sales associate work with us. She knew everything about every piece of furniture. She was so helpful. We went to a nearby store to look at some more furniture and after 20 minutes there, my mother said she only wanted to buy furniture from the lady who helped us at Factory Direct. Her customer service is above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!
Sara was great. Friendly and helpful. Warehouse worker was also great! Fast and easy! Thank you!
We walked into the store, knowing generally what we were looking for. Sara listened to us intently and pointed us in the perfect direction. There was no hard sell and we are very happy with the product we chose. Thank you Sara.
Purchased a Flexsteel reclining sectional from Keith and have all great things to say. They came out with the best price out of the gate, very friendly, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. Had a warranty issue with one of the power reclining headrests, Keith and his team had it fixed in less than a week and delivered to my door personally. Very good people, the kind you could kick back and chat with. Will for sure be bad for any furniture needs or just to say hi.
Amazing service and experience, and an impressive selection of furniture and accessories to choose from. Their customer service is way above average. That's why we have been repeat customers for many years.
