We worked with Sarah. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us find the perfect couch for us! We showed up right before they closed and she stayed late to help us! I would highly recommend shopping with them all of them were wonderful!
Had a great experience at factory direct. The salesperson really knew the questions we had asked about the king mattress that we wanted to purchase. We ended up getting the headboard to and it was a super nice one on clearance and was a great brand. Overall very happy with the experience. About 8 years ago we bought a brand new couch from there that's still in good shape. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to furnish their house.
After looking for a new living room set in several stores, we stopped at Factory Direct in Hutchinson. Greated by a friendly sales associate named Airy Duncan. She showed us many options and she took the time to know us as a couple. We did not feel like we were just another sale to her.
