They will falsely charge you $37 in disconnect fees PAID ON TIME or PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT made PRIOR TO DUE DATE !!!!! only come here if you’re DESPERATE !!!!

Outstanding!!! What an incredible Team at Factory Direct Energy I'm a fairly new homeowner and it didn't take me long to realize the cost of living is enough without having to pay an insanely high electric bill to boot. I kept seeing solar was the way to go and finally after almost two years I asked a trusted friend who btw seemed to know as much as anyone could about solar. Outstanding company and even better costumer service. I was always hesitant about getting solar until I had a very thorough conversation with the owner of FDE and after that I knew I made a smart decision. They took the time to listen to all my questions, and was very patient with me. I so glad I found FDE!! Highly recommended!!
