Although the employees all seem friendly, it has taken over two months to fix my dishwasher. The dishwasher was less than a year old and stopped working properly. Now they are telling me it will be an additional month before they can fix it, due to technicians making their own schedules; despite the fact that the technician who came to my house (5 times ) said they would rush the part and fix it ASAP no problem, since I've been waiting so long.
