Good value I have been very pleased with the new kitchen appliances I bought from Factory Direct Appliance. The salesman advised me to buy the extended warranty for the refrigerator. That was good advice. That warranty has paid for itself several times because of problems with the ice dispenser. The problem has been solved. I have been very pleased with the service Factory Direct Appliance has provided... with the installation of the new appliances to the problems with the refrigerator.
Sheryl from Customer Service The appliances I purchased workout great. But when the time came that I have to have a service done, that's when the problem started. It has been almost 10 weeks since the service guy came to our home and the replacement item is still not installed. The customer service representative named "Sherryl" has to learn what customer service mean, MANNERS PLEASE....

They are prompt for service calls, as reasonable as anyone else, and also offer good prices on new items when needed. They offer everything from repair to replace and it is helpful to deal with just one company you can count on.
